About this site

This website is operated by Autism Broadcasting Media Channel LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“ABMC”). It offers videos, general educational guides, links to public resources and private story submissions. Visitors do not need an account to submit a story; the private review area requires authorized ABMC reviewer sign-in. Checkout is not currently enabled; the site does not accept purchases or payments, and there are no paid products, subscriptions, memberships or donation options.

Future digital products (planned, not available)

The Shop previews the School Meeting Prep Kit and Family Organization & Independence Kit. Planned prices are not active offers; neither kit is available to buy or download. Each future purchase would include both US Letter and A4 print-and-write PDFs with the same content, not extra unique pages. Some school worksheet topics overlap between kits. The proposed license is personal and household use, including someone you directly support; resale, public posting or redistribution would not be permitted. Final rights and educator/advocate scope require attorney review before purchase.

If sales are approved later, Stripe would process payment and ABMC would manually email both files within one business day after confirmed successful payment, subject to the business-day definition in the Digital Delivery Policy. There is no instant download, operating checkout or automatic delivery. The Refund & Cancellation Policy proposes remedies for duplicate charges, defective files and unresolved non-delivery, plus voluntary 14-calendar-day case-by-case change-of-mind review without limiting statutory rights. Customer-data handling is described conditionally in the Privacy Policy. These drafts require review and final approval before sales. Total price, applicable tax, formats, license, delivery and refund terms would be shown before checkout. ABMC does not accept tax-deductible donations, and this site is not a charitable solicitation.

Before future purchases

Before any digital sale, ABMC must confirm applicable sales tax, including Georgia rules for certain permanent digital goods, with a qualified tax adviser. Tax treatment depends on the actual product and transaction; no price, tax rate or exemption is promised here. If subscriptions are ever offered, renewal price and frequency, affirmative consent, cancellation steps and timing must be disclosed before enrollment and reviewed for applicable automatic-renewal and cancellation requirements. No subscription is available or planned today.

Use of content

Videos, stories, and text on this site belong to ABMC or the people who shared them. You are welcome to link to and share pages. Please do not republish, edit, or reuse the content commercially without permission.

Messages and story submissions

When you send a message, you confirm the information is yours to share and that you have permission to mention anyone else. Written stories and uploaded or linked media submitted through Share Your Story are governed by the Story Submission Terms & Media Release and Privacy Policy. Submitters must be 18 or older and have the necessary rights, including guardian authority or documented authorization for identifiable minors.

All submissions are reviewed privately; submission does not guarantee publication and nothing auto-publishes. The release describes non-exclusive, royalty-free permission for approved content on the ABMC website, official YouTube channel, newsletters and ABMC-controlled media channels, permitted edits, ownership and withdrawal limits.
