Digital Delivery Policy

The Shop is a Coming soon preview. ABMC does not currently accept purchases or payments on this website. These are complete proposed terms for future sales, not an operating delivery service. Attorney review and owner approval are still required before sales begin. Free videos, guides and resource links remain free.

What a future purchase would include

• School Meeting Prep Kit: 10 pages per format; planned launch price US$5.99. Both US Letter and A4 PDF files would be included.
• Family Organization & Independence Kit: 36 pages per format; planned launch price US$14.99. Both US Letter and A4 PDF files would be included.

The two formats contain the same content, not twice as many unique pages. Some school worksheet topics overlap between the kits. These are print-and-write PDFs, not fillable on screen. No physical item is shipped. Planned prices are not active offers; applicable tax, if any, would be disclosed before checkout. A future purchase would be one-time, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

Proposed manual email delivery

If sales are enabled later, payment would be processed through Stripe. ABMC would not receive or store your full card number. Only after Stripe confirms successful payment would a person at ABMC email both PDF attachments to the email address entered at checkout. There would be no instant download or automatic file-delivery promise.

Under this proposed policy, files would be sent within one business day after successful payment. A business day means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, using Eastern Time. For payments confirmed after business hours, on a weekend or on a federal holiday, the window starts on the next business day. A Saturday payment would therefore be delivered by the end of Monday, unless Monday is a federal holiday. Business-hour cutoffs would be stated before checkout is enabled.

If your files do not arrive

• Check spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from Emmanuel@autismbroadcastingmediachannel.org.
• If files have not arrived after the delivery window, contact support with your purchase date and checkout email address.
• ABMC would verify successful payment and resend both files to that address at no charge.
• If an email bounces, ABMC would try to contact you using the details available with your payment. If delivery cannot be resolved within a reasonable time after you contact support, you may request a full refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you entered the wrong email

Contact support. Before sending files to a new address, ABMC would reasonably verify that you made the purchase, for example using the purchase date, amount and receipt details. Never send your full card number, account password or other sensitive credentials.

Opening and printing

Use a standard PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your device’s built-in viewer. Print at 100% (actual size) on the paper size matching the file. If a file is damaged, missing, incorrect or will not open or print properly, contact support for corrected or replacement files. Unresolved problems qualify for the remedies in the Refund Policy.

Proposed permitted use

The proposed license is personal and household use, including someone you directly support. Do not resell, publicly post or redistribute the files. Final license scope, including educator or advocate use, requires rights and attorney review and would be disclosed before purchase.

Customer information and tax

Future order information would be used to deliver files, provide support, keep order records and meet legal and tax obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Tax classification of these exact PDF worksheets is unconfirmed. Georgia tax rules require product-specific review; no exemption or universal tax rate is promised. Checkout, tax collection and paid file delivery remain disabled.
