Refund & Cancellation Policy

Proposed policy updated October 11, 2026. Attorney review pending; requires owner and attorney approval before any sale. Not legal advice or attorney-approved.

Current status — purchases off

Checkout is not currently enabled and ABMC does not accept purchases or payments on this website. There is nothing to refund or cancel today. The following are complete proposed terms for future PDF sales, subject to attorney review and owner approval. Free videos, guides and private story submissions are unaffected.

Scope of the proposed policy

This proposal covers the School Meeting Prep Kit and Family Organization & Independence Kit. Each eventual purchase would include both US Letter and A4 PDF files with the same content in each size. See the Digital Delivery Policy for proposed manual email delivery after successful payment.

Defective, missing or incorrect files

If a file is damaged, defective, will not open, is missing or is the wrong product, contact support. ABMC would promptly provide corrected or replacement files. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, ABMC would provide a full refund.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you are charged more than once for the same order, or charged an incorrect amount, ABMC would refund the duplicate or excess charge.

Non-delivery

Check spam and junk folders, then contact support if the delivery window has passed. ABMC would verify payment and resend files at no charge. If ABMC cannot deliver the files within a reasonable time after you contact support, you may request a full refund.

Voluntary change-of-mind review

Because digital files can be retained, change-of-mind refunds would not be automatic. As a voluntary courtesy, ABMC would review requests made within 14 calendar days of purchase case by case, including after delivery. Each request would be considered fairly; approval is not guaranteed. This voluntary window does not restrict statutory remedies or their time limits.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this proposed policy limits or waives any rights or remedies under applicable consumer law. Where the law requires a refund or another remedy, ABMC would honor it. Contacting ABMC does not affect your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

Requesting help

Provide your checkout email address, purchase date and a short description of the problem. Never send a full card number, password or sensitive financial records. The proposed response target is within two business days, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays, Eastern Time; this is a target, not a guaranteed bank or delivery time.

How approved refunds would be paid

Approved refunds would be issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Once issued, bank or card-provider timing varies; it often takes 5–10 business days but is not guaranteed. There is no operating refund integration today. Because emailed files cannot be remotely erased, ABMC does not promise that a refund removes downloaded copies or revokes access automatically.

No subscriptions

No subscriptions or automatic renewals are available or planned. If that changes, ABMC would disclose renewal terms, obtain affirmative consent and provide accessible cancellation before enrollment, subject to attorney review. Cancellation of future renewals is separate from refunding an earlier charge.
