Before you upload or share a link

  • Free educational video: 2–5 minutes, not a 30–60 second commercial. Upload a nonempty MP4, MOV or WebM up to 500 MB (524,288,000 bytes), or use one supported HTTPS video link.
  • Recommended: a stable, clear picture, understandable audio and readable text; landscape is helpful, not required. Watch your final export on a phone.
  • No identifying patients or health details. Confirm rights to music, logos and footage and consent for everyone appearing; obtain guardian permission where legally required for minors.
