Sensory Differences: Videos, Tools, and Support

Sensory experiences are different for every person. This six-part ABMC series will share practical perspectives and ideas without presenting one strategy as universal or medical advice.

A choice-led series

Start with the person, not a prescription

Ask what feels comfortable, respect communication and refusal, and make room for breaks. A strategy that helps one person may not help another. Stop an activity if it causes distress and seek qualified professional guidance when appropriate.

No autoplay

Episodes will be started by the viewer, with no unexpected sound or motion.

Captions and transcripts

Caption and transcript availability will be checked for each episode before it is marked available here.

Watch when ready

Each episode will appear here only after its public release is confirmed.
