Advertising terms and disclosures

1. Status

Proposed packages: Featured Professional ($29/month), Business Spotlight ($79/month), Community Sponsor ($149/month). Benefits are illustrative; exact placements and limits are subject to approval. No payment, payment link or subscription exists until written attorney approval and verified payment testing.

2. Labeling and separation

• Every ad is labeled “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”.
• Ads are never mixed into editorial content, educational videos, guides or Ask ABMC answers, and never presented as advice.
• ABMC does not endorse advertisers. Advertising never buys coverage, Expert Corner publication or recommendations.

3. Content standards

• No misleading medical claims: no cures, recovery, guaranteed results or unproven treatments.
• No protected health information, identifiable patients or clients, or confidentiality breaches.
• Advertisers must own or license all material and have consent from anyone shown.
• Video ads need captions/transcripts. Licensed professions need an active license, verified manually with the issuing board.

4. Review, rejection and takedown

Every ad is reviewed by a person. Nothing publishes automatically. ABMC may reject any ad, or take it down at any time if it becomes inaccurate, a license lapses, or it breaks these standards. Refund terms for takedowns will be set before any sale.

5. Privacy disclosures (draft)

• We collect business and contact details, license details where relevant, links, ad text and files to review your inquiry.
• Your email, phone and license number are stored privately, seen only by authorized ABMC reviewers, and never published.
• Uploaded files are stored privately until an ad is approved and launched.
• We send you a confirmation and notify our team; we do not add you to a marketing list.
